Flavoured Gin

There are a few different ways that flavoured gins are made. One way is to add natural or artificial flavours to unaged gin. Another way is to soak the botanicals in the gin with flavouring agents before distillation. And yet another way is to add flavours after distillation by steeping the gin in neutral spirits that have been infused with botanicals and other flavourings. Each method has its own benefits and drawbacks. For example, adding flavours before distillation can result in a more intense flavour, but it can also be more difficult to control the level of flavour intensity. Adding flavours after distillation gives you more flexibility when it comes to creating different flavour profiles.

You can mix flavoured gin with all sorts of things! Tonic water, club soda, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, and even tonic water are all common choices. However, you can also get creative and mix it with other fruit juices or carbonated drinks. Have fun experimenting and finding your perfect combination!
