Description
Cantera Negra is made in small-batch quantities from hand-selected blue agaves. Our blue agaves are grown to maturity in the valley regions of Jalisco, Mexico, and are selected only from fields that meet Mr. Becherano’s precise and proprietary requirements for black volcanic rock soil. Our name, Cantera Negra, means black quarry rock in Spanish.
Our tequilas are never mixed with any other product, whether natural or man-made, and absolutely nothing is ever added to alter color or flavor. Because of our careful and personal approach to growing, distilling, blending and aging, our 100% blue agave tequilas are especially smooth and rich, offering unrivaled taste.
