Description
Champagne Carbon treads a delicate line of both respecting the traditions of the most hallowed of regions whilst clearly trying to bring a sense of modernity, evident in the presentation of their range of Champagnes. You have most probably seen it sprayed as drivers celebrate on Formula 1 podiums but do not let that fool you. Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower - his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon's first release!
Tasting notes
The picture definitely does not do this Champagne justice, looking fantastic once the bottle is in front of you. Very delicate bubbling just adds to the sense of freshness and fruity flavours.
