Description
Champagne Carbon treads a delicate line of both respecting the traditions of the most hallowed of regions whilst clearly trying to bring a sense of modernity, evident in the presentation of their range of Champagnes. You have most probably seen it sprayed as drivers celebrate on Formula 1 podiums but do not let that fool you. Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower - his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon's first release.
Tasting notes
A reduced quantities of grapes were harvested in this year to magnify their intensity and freshness. Add to that the grapes were sourced solely from Grand Cru (the best) vineyards in the Cotes des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions and you know you've got a cracking bottle of Champagne on your hands.
