A premium aged, small batch rum from the Philippines. Distilled on the island of Negros, Don Papa is made from some of the highest quality sugar cane in the world. Having been aged for seven years in American oak, charcoal filtered to remove tannins and then carefully blended, Don Papa has a rich, smooth taste. Light and fruity on the nose, smooth and delicate on the palate, the light amber-coloured Don Papa has a long, rich-textured finish and offers flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits.

Description
Don Papa is a premium aged rum from the Philippines created in the furtile foothills of Mt. Kanla-on on the Island of Negors where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. The Philippines has a long history of cultivating Noble sugar cane, the original variety, first discovered centuries ago in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. The island is blessed with a wonderful combination of climate, geography and rich volcanic soil , ideal for sugarcane production.
