This time, the rum from Barbados (produced by Foursquare) has been lightly aged, while the rum from Mauritius (produced by Gray's) is a fresh sugar cane juice rum. The result is a vibrantly flavoured spirit, great for using in cocktails – Daiquiris certainly come to mind looking at this one...
