Description
The grapes selected for the 2018 Fleur de Mer Rose were ripened to ideal maturity, ensuring a delicate balance of sugar, acidity, aroma and colour. Freshly-harvested grapes were direct-pressed to preserve the bright, concentrated fruit characteristics and produce their pleasing coral pink hue. For this vintage, Winemaker Florian Lacroux selected primarily Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan which blend harmoniously
