Gary Barlow Sauvignon Blush is an organic rose made in South Africa's Western Cape, where the vineyards catch the cool Atlantic breeze. It is mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a splash of Grenache, giving intense gooseberry aromas, soft floral notes and a lingering strawberry finish.
It is light bodied with crisp acidity, so it feels bright and refreshing rather than heavy or sweet. That makes it a great choice when you want something pink that still has a bit of zing. Pour it well chilled as an aperitif, or pair it with a plate of prawns.
