Hoegaarden recommend putting a glass in the freezer for a few minutes before pouring. It'll give a frosted effect to the glass and keep the beer truly chilled.. The beer itself is citrusy, with hints of herbs and a touch of spice. I used to sell this to pubs a number of years ago- and still have a soft spot for it.

Description
Available as a minimum order of 6 bottles. The business claims a first in discovering the recipe wheat beer by the Hoegaarden monks in 1445. The beer is naturally cloudy as it is fermented twice but not filtered to get the 'bits' out. Hence the fizz is totally natural and there's bags of flavour in the glass.
Tasting notes
The beer itself is citrusy, with hints of herbs and a touch of spice.
