A truly superb sparkling wine. If you are offering this to guests they will swear it's Champagne. This proved to be hugely popular at our recent wines Masterclass. Extremely well balanced and re-freshing sparkling wine. There is a lovely balance between sweet and tart notes of Raspberry, Cherry and Strawberry with a crisp finish. Unusually for sparkling wines outside of Champagne, all three of the classic Champagne grapes have been used with the precise blend being 51% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 8% Meunier. We cannot recommend this enough.
