This spiced rum was inspired by the Old Dock in Liverpool, which was opened in 1716 but closed in 1826. Packing notes of vanilla, orange, tea, ginger, cardamom and a touch of smoke, this should be suitable for sipping neat or over ice, though we're sure you'll find some good uses for it in cocktails, too..
