Description
The Champagne House of Perrier Jouet was founded in 1811. Since that time there have only been 7 Cellar Masters with the current Master, Herve Deschanps, taking over and remaining in charge since 1993. The Champagnes have been renowned for their light and floral nature. And that should come as little surprise when you realise that they own many of the best vineyards in the Chardonnay driven areas of legendary Cramant, Avize and Ay.
Tasting notes
When you are looking for that little bit extra in Champagne! Rose Champagne remains made in much smaller quantities than white and it is even rarer still in the Vintage Champagne market making this an absolute treat. Classic elegant flowery notes intertwine with white citrus flavours.
