Description
Sierra Nevada Celebration Fresh Hop IPA has been a festive favourite since 1981. The brewery waits for the first hops of the harvest before brewing, and you can taste it. Expect intense citrus and pine on the nose, a little floral lift, and a rich caramel malt backbone underneath.
It is bold but beautifully balanced, so it works as well with a roast as it does on its own. You get twelve cans, which covers the whole season nicely. Pour one alongside a cheese board on Boxing Day.
