T&Cs apply.Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, we present Ukiyo Blossom Gin. Our journey begins by first distilling a traditional Japanese shōchū spirit. We redistill with juniper, mandarin and spice before infusing the delicate taste of sakura flower for a fragrant and citrus forward gin. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aroma that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.
