Graham’s is often lauded as one of the top producers of vintage port. Their five vineyards in the mountainous parts of Douro are farmed naturally and with sustainably, which we think makes their sweet wines even better. Graham’s port is incredibly rich, concentrated, and boasts impressively structured tannins that contribute to its longevity. When we say that Graham’s is a family-owned company, we mean it – but surprisingly, the company’s history is a tale of two families rather than one. The Grahams started the company in the early nineteenth century with the Symington family in their employ. Eventually, AJ Symington left to strike out on his own and his descendants took over Graham's.
