The winemakers hand chose the yeast and used a cool fermentation process to maintain the delicate aromas. Cool storage in tank preserved the fresh aromas and flavours. The fresh cool fruit, cool fermentation conditions and just the right care and handling resulted in a delicious wine. Serve chilled!
